MORE Offroad Shackle Reversal System Unpainted for Jeep CJ 1976-86Includes Unpainted Brackets & Unpainted Skid PlatesStock width (2) springs are required. The new front pivot brackets are fully welded, and ready to bolt into existing holes in your CJ frame. Spacer plates are provided for the purpose of different winch mounting possibilities, and/or if you choose to use our Frame Plates (FP100 or FP300). The shackle plates provided in this system are 3/8 thick steel. The mounting method for the shackle is unique with this M.O.R.E. system. You drill a hole in your frame then weld in a steel tube (see picture below). Polyurethane bushings insert into the tubes which support the shackle plates. The shackles hang from each side of the frame rail. This method of attachment keeps the drive shaft and caster angles as close to stock as possible and gives ample clearance for off road obstacles. This system will work with stock leaf springs and aftermarket lift springs, however, it will not provide any lift in itself. It will work with springs under the axle (stock set up) of if you have a spring over axle set up. Complete instructions with step by step instructions included. The stock pitman arm must be retained.

Why a Spring Over Axle lift? Because there is no better system on the market in terms of suspension flex and cost balance. You can spend thousands on a coil-over conversion setup, but they won't get any more flex than your SOA equipped Wrangler.... not to mention the thousand or so you'll spend on the specialized installation required for those kits. Our system is also bolton and requires no cutting. It is completely reversible if you have need to go back to stock, or transferable if you want to move it from one Wrangler to another. Try and do that with one of those super involved coilover weldon systems. For those who just love to weld though, our bolton system can be welded in place as well. MORE Rear Lubeable Shackles, 4 Center to Center for Jeep CJ 1976-86 MORE Lubable Shackles are cut out of 3.8 thick steel plate with high definition plasma, then the holes are punched and chamfered. We chose this method, over stamping them out of thinner steel. Super strong and Heavy Duty! A thick walled center brace bolts iin place with grade 5 hardware. The bolts are rifle drilled and a grease zerk is installed. The black polyurethane bushings are channeled to allow the grease to flow throughout. Crimp lock nuts hold all parts in place. Zinc plated gold for corrosion resistance and good looks. Sold in pairs. Order two pair to outfit both ends of your Jeep. This will lift the vehicle 1/2 over stock.

MORE Shackle Reversal System for Jeep Wrangler YJ 1987-95 with 4CYL Engine The 4-Cylinder equipped YJ's have different motor mount locations then the 6-Cylinder YJ's. The Buggy Springs will not bolt on the bottow of the frame like on the 6-Cylinder frame, so we provide you with a special bracket that bolts on around the motor mounts, then the Buggy Springs bolt to the brackets. The Buggy Spring is adjustable fore and aft on the bracket so you can adjust the shackle angle. This is important for all of the different leaf spring combinations available. It will work with or without a lift kit, spring under or over the axles. This S.R.S. will lift the front of your Jeep one inch. All brackets are fully assembled and painted, ready to bolt on. No welding required. Your shackles are retained. As with all of our Wrangler S.R.S., we recommend using our SlipLoc or DoubleJointed trac bar. The phot at the right showsthe buggy spring bracket bolted on the passenger side frame rail, from underneath the engine, looking outward.

Most moderate JK lift kits use coil spring spacers with the factory coil springs. With this method you get lift, but suspenion extension travel (controlled by shock length) must be limited or the coil springs and spacers will unseat. Mopar's replacement coil spring lift allows as much suspension articulation as most 4" lift kits, resulting in amazing performance with minimal impact on vehicle center of gravity.

(Wider U-Bolt plates not provided).
